Great North Rd – old cottages
This painting shows an old Tudor building that once stood on the corner of Bunny Lane. The building was carefully taken down piece by piece and moved to a new site in another village. Sadly it has never been rebuilt. Bunny Lane is remembered by older villagers as a quiet lane for local courting couples. The Lane runs alongside Nelson Road.
