Built as a stone masons house before 1829 this house stands at the southern end of Cross Hall Rd. Joseph Northern, the owner for many years, is listed in some nineteenth century directories as an auctioneer and stonemason. This corner became known as Northerns Corner for many years.

One of the more recent dwellings – a development of wardened flats overlooking the Riverside Park.
Cavendish Court
One of the older picturesque cottages in St Neots Rd. The Giblett family lived here for many years.
